JIMBOREL.LTD has already been granted a licence under section 1 of the Financial Services Act subject to conditions set out in the submissions. The terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between JIMBOREL.LTD and its client.

Delivery and delivery time:
The products ordered shall be delivered with an order, provided that it is included in the authenticated delivery areas specified in the offer of sale.

Ninety90official undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of 3 to 4 weeks, from the receipt of payment.

The carrier's package return assumptions are solely borne by the Customer.
Control of packages at delivery time:
The status of the goods and the number of packages are checked from the supplier.
When delivering your order, we recommend that you check in the presence of the delivery officer:
- the number of packages corresponds well to the delivery slip or your invoice,
- the condition of the equipment by opening the packages in front of the driver, even if the packages do not seem damaged.
We draw your attention to the fact that it is up to the recipient to formulate reservations in case of damage, loss or missing.
The reserves must be precise and indicate the nature and extent of the damage (e.g., torn fabric, missing X references...) and the quantity for each missing or damaged reference.
Reserves must be notified:
- first on the delivery receipt handed to the truck driver,
- then by registered letter with AR addressed to the carrier, confirming these reservations, not later than 3 days after receipt of the package.
These two measures are necessary for the implementation of the carrier's responsibility.
If no equipment is delivered in good condition, no action is possible against the carrier.
Look out! The formula "subject to unpacking or swallowing" has no value and will not allow you to be compensated.
Therefore, we can only overly recommend you to be vigilant at the time of delivery.

• Legal guarantee of compliance:
In accordance with Articles L.211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the legal guarantee of compliance applies to the product delivered and assumes that you are not complying.
The product is deemed to be non-compliant,
- If it does not match:

- The description given by the seller.
- If it does not possess the qualities announced by the seller.
In this case, you can contact NINETY90 and ask: for the replacement or repair of the product without charge depending on what is possible and reasonable.

• Legal guarantee of hidden defects or defects:
In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code, you benefit for any purchase of product on www.ninety90officiel.com from the legal guarantee of hidden defects or defects for a period of 2 years.
Four conditions must be met for you to benefit from this guarantee:
- The vice or defect affecting the product is serious; it prevents you from making normal use of it or decreases the expected properties of it,

Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by professionals (natural or legal persons). This right is only applicable to individuals, individuals who purchase for their personal needs or those of their families.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. SAV – Return - Exchange:
For any request for return or exchange, you must contact the customer service at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of the package. This one will give you the approach to follow.
If the return occurs following an error on your part, the return transport costs are to your expense.
If the return occurs following an error of NINETY90, the return fee will be borne by NINETY90.
NINETY90 cannot be held liable for delays or breaches of the contract concluded, due to the emergence of an event of force majeure, particularly in the event of a total or partial strike by postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by flooding or fire. As regards products purchased to meet professional needs,
NINETY90 will not be liable for any indirect damages caused by the present, loss of operation, loss of profit, damages or costs that may occur.
The illustrations or photos accompanying the presentation of the products have no contractual character.
NINETY90 could not see its liability for the disadvantages and damages that would result from possible Internet network malfunctions such as a breakdown in service continuity, the presence of computer viruses, or external intrusions.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction:
